Achieving this means being particular about where and how products are made, procuring and supplying them stably and responsibly, and making full use of resources without waste.

Processed Seafood Ingredients

Our core products are processed seafood ingredients, such as concentrated extracts of Japanese red snow crab and Japanese oysters.
As demand for food safety grows, Japanese food products—and Japanese seafood in particular—are highly sought after and increasingly difficult to source reliably. We handle concentrated extracts and processed products made from crab, oysters and other seafood, mainly of Japanese origin. Through our partnerships with seafood processors, we deliver high-quality products.
We also make the most of limited resources—for example, by reusing food resources that were previously discarded as raw materials for extracts—in line with SDG 12, “Responsible Consumption and Production.”

Processed Agricultural Ingredients

Our main products are processed agricultural ingredients, such as juice and peel from Hiroshima-grown lemons and Japanese yuzu.
Citrus fruits are an essential part of the Japanese diet, used in everything from beverages and confectionery to soups and dressings. Lemons are used in a wide range of foods and processed products, and Japanese-grown lemons are so popular that supply cannot keep up with demand. We handle juice, peel and other processed products made from lemons (mainly from Hiroshima Prefecture), Japanese yuzu, and other citrus fruits from Japan and overseas. We secure stock through our own channels, including direct purchasing from growers, to meet our customers’ needs.

Contract Processing of Food Ingredients

We provide contract food processing services such as concentration and extraction.
Creating new foods and new value from limited resources helps develop food culture for the next generation and improves our quality of life.
We propose processing methods that bring out the best in each material and resource—from extraction and concentration of a wide range of food ingredients, including both conventional foods and upcycled resources, to the extraction of aromatic waters and essential oils. Food Additives and Auxiliary Materials

We supply food additives, basic chemicals, packaging materials and other auxiliary materials.
Food production depends on many materials: food additives that bring out the best in ingredients and add value to food, packaging materials that package products attractively and efficiently, and the basic chemicals needed in manufacturing processes.
Drawing on the business base we have built in the chemical industry, we handle food additives and basic chemicals of many types from many manufacturers, as well as food packaging materials, selected equipment, and maintenance chemicals for production lines.
We also offer a broad lineup of natural essential oils from Japan and overseas, which are used by flavor and fragrance houses, food manufacturers, and breweries and distilleries.
